Hästens 2000T or drēmər?

On the inside the 2000T and the drēmər are the same bed: three spring systems, 2,258 springs, 55 centimetres tall, according to Hästens' own comparison table. The difference is the design. The 2000T is the classic bed in the Blue Check, from 1978; the drēmər of 2022 was designed by Ferris Rafauli, with its own headboard, fabric and legs in four colours.

Hästens or Auping?

Auping builds open and ventilated, in the Netherlands, with a model that is taken back in full and reused, in a price class several times lower. Hästens builds closed and layered, by hand, from natural fibres, for several times more. We sell Hästens — read this page with that fact beside you.

Vispring comes from England and works with individually filled pocket springs and natural fillings such as horsehair, wool and cotton — the same material philosophy as Hästens, but with a stronger emphasis on tailoring per sleeper. Hästens puts the emphasis on the layered build as a whole. We sell Hästens, and you may weigh that in.

Hästens or Tempur?

These aren't competitors but two opposing views of sleep. Tempur works with memory foam that moulds to your shape through body heat; Hästens with natural fibres and springs that spring back and carry moisture away. Anyone who sleeps warm or turns a lot feels that difference most strongly — and usually in favour of springs.
